Job summary

Call Your Mother is a fast-growing, Jew-ish deli brand known for vibrant hospitality and big bagels. We’re seeking a District Manager based in Miami to lead multiple shops, coach General Managers, and drive operational excellence in a high-volume environment.

You’ll own P&L, staffing, scheduling, and guest experience, spending most of your time in the shops shoulder-to-shoulder with teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a passion for culture and guest love is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service/fast-casual/high-volume restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, labor, inventory, scheduling and food costs.
• Ability to review business results and actively support shifts.
• Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining diverse teams.
• Commitment to culture and guest experiences through strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and Shop Leaders across multiple shops.
• Work manager shifts shoulder-to-shoulder with shop teams to keep guest experience high.
• Bring Call Your Mother’s vision and BIG V.I.B.E.S. to life through execution in every shop.
• Coach leaders to improve operations, hospitality, food quality, and performance.
• Mentor leaders on scheduling, labor, hiring, inventory, food safety, and financials.
• Partner with General Managers to build teams and develop future leaders.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on P&L, guest feedback, and growth plans.
• Solve facilities, maintenance, technology, staffing, and operational challenges.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by identifying opportunities and enforcing execution.
• Champion high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Build relationships in the community through partnerships and events.
• Stay calm under pressure and lead with a solutions-first mindset.
