Job summary

Call Your Mother is seeking a Commissary Manager in Miami to lead the central production, packing, and delivery, ensuring top-quality bagels and safety standards across shifts. You’ll build schedules and coach a diverse team while upholding CYM’s VIBES values.

You will own inventory control, budgeting, and continuous improvement to maintain efficiency and food quality in a fast-paced environment with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a baker or prep cook in a high-volume production setting
• At least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, scheduling, and process improvement
• Experience leading teams and ensuring food quality standards
• Hold a current ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification and know sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commissary operations from production to delivery, ensuring highest standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Establish and uphold production procedures, checklists, and recipe specs
• Lead supervisors and teams, driving CYM’s VIBES in daily operations
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and waste reduction to hit food and labor goals
• Develop and coach a diverse team through recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance with government regulations and CYM standards
