Job summary

Call Your Mother is hiring a District Manager based in Miami to lead multiple shops with a hands-on leadership approach. You will coach General Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure the culture comes to life in every location.

You will report to the SVP of Operations and manage 3-6 locations, guiding teams toward strong performance while maintaining the brand’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership in quick-service or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, labor, inventory, scheduling and food costs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and hourly Shop Leaders across multiple shops.
• Coach leaders shoulder-to-shoulder in shops to improve operations and guest experience.
• Bring Call Your Mother’s vision and culture to life with consistent execution.
• Spend significant time coaching teams to improve hospitality and performance.
• Train leaders on scheduling, hiring, inventory, food safety, and finances.
• Partner with General Managers on succession planning and team building.
• Conduct business reviews focused on P&L, guest feedback, and growth plans.
• Resolve facilities, maintenance, staffing and operational challenges promptly.
• Foster a high-performing culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
• Drive sales and profitability by improving ops and enforcing standards.
• Build community relationships through local partnerships and events.
