Job summary

Call Your Mother, the Jew-ish deli, is hiring a District Manager based in Miami to lead multiple shops with hands‑on coaching and strong operational leadership. You will develop General Managers, drive operational excellence, and support new shop growth while upholding our BIG V.I.B.E.S.

culture of hospitality and teamwork. You’ll spend significant time in shops, review P&L, labor, inventory, and guest experience, and mentor leaders in scheduling, hiring, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience in quick‑service or high‑volume restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership, labor management, and scheduling.
• Experience reviewing business results and coaching teams in real time.
• Proven track record of attracting and developing diverse teams.
• Culture champion with focus on hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and develop General Managers and hourly shop leaders across multiple shops.
• Coach in-restaurant shifts and drive exceptional execution in operations and service.
• Translate Call Your Mother’s BIG V.I.B.E.S. into daily practice in every shop.
• Spend significant time in shops coaching leaders and improving operations and food quality.
• Mentor leaders on scheduling, labor, inventory, hiring, and financial performance.
• Partner with General Managers to build strong teams and succession plans.
• Conduct business reviews focused on P&L, guest feedback, and growth plans.
• Address facilities, maintenance, and staffing challenges to keep shops running smoothly.
• Foster a culture of accountability, belonging, and high performance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through consistent execution and operational discipline.
