Job summary

Call Your Mother is hiring a General Manager in Miami to lead daily shop operations, drive guest service, and manage the team with CYM's values. You’ll own scheduling, training, safety, and profitability while maintaining high hospitality standards.

You will oversee food and beverage management, control costs, and build a strong, diverse team through coaching and accountability, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, COGS, labor, scheduling, and training.
• Hold a current ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification and know safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of your shop from opening to closing.
• Lead supervisors and team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Partner with supervisors to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Establish and uphold operational standards with checklists and recipes.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage organization.
• Own food and beverage management including inventory and budgeting.
