The position emphasizes risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tailored payment processing solutions for business clients across EST/CST time zones.

Formación

• Requires university/college degree; higher education desirable.
• 8+ years industry experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in merchant services and sales leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Oversee daily activities of team members in customer/prospect management.
• Develop and execute account and sales plans; coach staff.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Build relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders and leverage PNC products.
• Coach on credit risk analysis using internal policies.
