PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a leader to direct a team of virtual Merchant Services Account Executives working with Business Banking Relationship Managers.

Base is in EST/CST; role involves reporting to a major facility and coordinating with in-office teams. The position emphasizes driving portfolio growth, client satisfaction and risk management while delivering tailored payment processing solutions to businesses in the 2–10MM revenue range.

Qualifications

• University degree required. Higher level education desirable.
• Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Manages networks of relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones while leveraging PNC products and services.
• Develops team members, coaches on skills to analyze and mitigate credit risk and lead others on credit requests.
