Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a senior leader to direct a virtual Merchant Services Accounts team. You will guide relationship managers, coach performance, and drive growth while ensuring risk controls and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Business Banking relationships to expand the client base, leverage the full range of PNC products, and report progress regularly to senior leadership. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• University degree required; higher level education desirable.
• Industry experience typically 8+ years.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members engaged in customer/prospect management.
• Oversees account and sales plans and strategies; may have direct sales responsibilities.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develops and maintains senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
