Qualifications

• University degree required; typically 5+ years of industry-relevant experience with 3+ years of prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and oversees activities supporting sales, service and execution.
• Implements improvements to drive desired client experience and connects strategy to outcomes.
• Provides performance reports to leadership and ensures risk controls are followed.
• Manages client relationships and escalations, coordinating with internal partners.
• Leads the CIB Merchant Services Commercial Relationship Management team to achieve KPIs.
