Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a role focused on coordinating member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits and improved health outcomes within Medicaid/Medicare populations.

You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, support HEDIS quality initiatives, and assist with medical record capture and data abstraction for supplemental data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach or health education experience.
• 1+ years customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years experience working with data.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to support benefits use.
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, or in writing.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with medical record capture for HEDIS reviews.
• Abstract supplemental data as needed.
