Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a coordinator to manage member outreach and ensure effective use of health plan benefits for Medicaid or Medicare populations. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing while supporting HEDIS initiatives and data collection for medical records.

The role requires 2+ years in member outreach or health education, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• 1+ years of experience working with data
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to details
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits and improve health outcomes
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements including outreach to noncompliant members
• Assist with medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data
