CVS Health is seeking a full-time role to coordinate member outreach, ensuring effective use of health plan benefits and better health outcomes for Medicaid or Medicare populations. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, while supporting HEDIS initiatives and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in member outreach or health education, 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data; ability to work independently with a high attention to details.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with outreach to members who are noncompliant in designated services.
• Support medical record capture and data abstraction for HEDIS reviews.
