Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience; 1+ years working with data.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail; exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with medical record capture for HEDIS reviews and data abstraction.
