Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated outreach specialist to coordinate member outreach and promote health plan benefit utilization within Medicaid or Medicare populations. You will respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, and support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements, including outreach to noncompliant members.

You will also assist in capturing medical records for HEDIS reviews and data abstraction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' member outreach or health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to promote health plan benefit use.
