Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fremont, NE seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members, assist with sign-ups, and deliver exceptional experiences at the front desk. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, support member check-ins, cancellations, and tours, and collaborate with the Club Manager to resolve issues while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
