Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and deliver a superior member experience.

You will manage front desk duties, take info calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment for all guests and members. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

• Basic computer proficiency is needed to handle front desk tasks and sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks including answering calls and assisting guests.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member information.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to the Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Support team in daily club operations.
