Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience. You will welcome members and guests, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries, helping to sign up and manage memberships with a friendly, professional approach.

In this role, you will handle front desk duties, answer phones, schedule tours, process sign-ups and cancellations, and assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members with a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and inquiries at the club.
• Answer calls with courtesy and provide information about memberships and tours.
• Assist in memory sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Escalate membership issues to the Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organization.
