Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based treatments for eating disorders. You will provide family, individual, and group therapy, collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and mentors, and maintain a caseload of 30-40 while dedicating time to administrative tasks.

The role offers flex PTO (3–5 weeks), holidays, robust mental health benefits, EAP, and work-from-home flexibility with evening availability two nights

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Mississippi.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm in the patient's time zone.
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID therapy, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care weekly.
• Participate in trainings and supervise sessions as required.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and outside providers.
• Communicate via Equip’s EMR and attend team and department meetings.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licenses in other states as requested.
