Job summary

Equip Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy using FBT and CBT-E within a supportive virtual clinic.

Expect a caseload of 30-40 with a mix of direct care and admin tasks. Flex PTO, holidays, and comprehensive health benefits accompany a strong commitment to clinician well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in New York.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds, and acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Willingness to work two evenings per week (until 8pm).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with a mix of direct care and admin work.
• Participate in trainings and supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers.
• Use EMR for patient communication per policy.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licenses as required.
