Job summary

Equip Health, a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program, seeks a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based care via telehealth. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to diverse patients and maintain documentation in our EMR.

You will work M-F in your time zone with a target of 30 direct care hours per week and 16+ admin hours, plus flex PTO and company holidays.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in North Dakota.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT and CBT-E and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with direct care 20–26 hours weekly and admin time.
• Participate in trainings and supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and outside providers.
• Utilize telehealth messaging and Equip’s EMR per policies.
