A leading automotive company is seeking a Product Operations Lead to support profitability and manage Fuel & Personal Use Tax products. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance operational performance, customer onboarding, and growth initiatives. Candidates should have extensive experience in fleet management, team management, and budget controls. The position allows for remote work from Chanhassen, MN, and offers competitive benefits and salary ranging from $96,720 to $162,120.

- 5+ years' experience working for a Fleet Management Company.
- 3+ years' Team management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to pivot between managerial duties and technical execution.
- Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
Responsibilities
- Act as the representative of the customers' voice in product development.
- Establish strong partnerships with Sales and Account Management Teams.
- Develop comprehensive reports to monitor and track various metrics.
