Equip Health, a leading virtual eating disorder treatment program, seeks a Licensed Therapist to join our nationwide telehealth team. You will deliver evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy, implement FBT and CBT-E, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

This 100% remote role offers flex PTO, generous holidays, and extensive professional development. You will manage a 30–40 hour caseload with admin time, attend trainings, and ensure licensure in your home state while

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in West Virginia.
• Ability to manage a caseload of diverse patients in a virtual setting.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatments and ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to work two evenings per week and attend mandatory meetings.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID-focused CBT, and related modalities.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 hours with time allotted for admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Assess, diagnose, and coordinate care with a treatment team and external providers.
• Communicate with patients via between-session messaging and the EMR.
• Maintain licensure in home state and pursue additional licenses as needed.
