Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join its fully virtual care team across the United States. You will deliver evidence-based therapy (FBT, CBT-E) to patients and families, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

The role emphasizes clinician well-being with Flex PTO, holidays, and EAP benefits. Expect about 30 hours per week of direct patient care plus administrative duties, with some evenings until 8pm in your time zone.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in North Dakota.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds, and acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in the primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care virtually and work from home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a telehealth setting.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care and remaining admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and supervision sessions.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
• Use between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through EMR.
• Attend and contribute to treatment team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licenses in other states as requested (licensure costs covered).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
