Equip is a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program providing evidence-based care across all 50 states. We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering family-, individual-, and group-therapy via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in California.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual telehealth setting.
• Implement Family-Based Treatment (FBT), CBT-E, and ARFID approaches.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with 20-26 hours direct care weekly.
• Attend mandatory trainings and supervision sessions.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Communicate with patients and team via Equip EMR per policy.
• Attend team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
