Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to work virtually with a multidisciplinary care team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy for eating disorders using methods like FBT and CBT-E and maintain documentation and ongoing patient assessment.

The role emphasizes flexible PTO (3–5 weeks), company holidays, EAP, robust benefits, and home-office stipends, with working hours Mon–Fri 8am–8pm in the therapist's time zone.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Mississippi.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments such as FBT and CBT-E.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours of direct care weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain caseload of 30-40; allocate time for admin tasks and supervision.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize Equip’s EMR for notes and communication in compliance with policies.
