Job summary

Equip Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based treatments for eating disorders. The role involves 30–40 patient caseload with a mix of individual, family, and group therapy, primarily via telehealth.

We support long-term well-being with flex PTO and company holidays, plus extensive continuing education resources. This 100% remote position requires licensure in Oregon and a commitment to working evenings to accommodate

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Oregon.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds and cultures.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
• Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual telehealth setting.
• Implement evidence-based treatments such as FBT, CBT-E, and CBT-ARFID across lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care and remaining administrative tasks.
• Participate in trainings and clinical supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging and Equip’s EMR for communications.
• Attend required meetings and supervision.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain cross-state licensure as needed.
