Now hiring a Health & Wellness Coach for PRN shifts!
Presbyterian is seeking a Health and Wellness Coach. You will serve as a health and wellness coach for participants identified as needing wellness coaching services. Using a variety of communication methods including telephonic, in-person, and email, the coach will assist these participants in identifying their readiness to change, and then give support, tools and information to assist them in achieving behavioral, life‑style changes supporting good health. The coach works with identified populations, using such tools as behavioral and physical assessment tools, and coaching/educational interventions. The coach will monitor and evaluate for cost effective and quality outcomes.
