Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based treatments for eating disorders. You will work across family, individual, and group modalities using FBT and CBT-E in a telehealth setting.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, licensure support, and flexible PTO for provider well-being, with direct patient care in the evenings and collaboration with physicians, dietitians, and mentors.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Mississippi.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Willingness to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a telehealth setting.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and CBT for ARFID and other treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with time allocation for direct care and admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and supervision; engage in team meetings.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as needed.
