Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations, shaping work plans, budgets, and risk management across large global engagements.

You will collaborate with clients to implement requirements, configure Workday modules, and support year-end processing and regulatory reporting. Travel may be required up to 0–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions ensuring cross-functional cohesion.
