Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead in the United States to join our advisory team. You will guide the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on complex global Workday implementations and help clients optimize regulatory reporting and year-end activities.

You will manage on- and offshore teams, advise on industry best practices, and collaborate with clients to deliver integrated Workday solutions while expanding leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Sr. Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements and manage risk, budget, and resources.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Architect cohesive Workday configurations and support for regulatory reports and year-end activities.
