Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join a team delivering cloud-based data-reporting and HR/finance solutions. You will guide Workday configurations, manage offshore teams, and partner with clients on regulatory reports and year-end activities.

You will leverage Workday expertise, industry best practices, and Accenture methodologies to achieve project objectives and provide status updates to the Project Manager. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in Sr. Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work experience) or 6 years if Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues and support new requirements.
