Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, seeks a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our cloud advisory team. You will guide a workstream on Workday implementations, craft workplans for large engagements, and resolve day-to-day Workday issues while coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams.

You will also configure Workday to meet evolving requirements, support for regulatory reporting, and manage small offshore/onshore teams, while applying industry-leading

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Minimum 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years experience) or 6 years with Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements; own risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Configure Workday based on new requirements; support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes.
• Provide support for regulatory reports and year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore teams and advise on industry leading practices.
