Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead time-tracking streams on Workday implementations, manage workplans, and own risk, budget, and client relationships across large global engagements.

You will research issues, support new requirements, configure Workday, and assist with regulatory and year-end reporting. Travel up to 100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, options, and mitigations to meet client needs.
• Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide Project Manager with status updates.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management.
• Support innovation with new methods and assets.
• Travel may be required (0-100%).
