Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that optimize finance, analytics, planning and HR functions. You will lead workstreams on Workday implementations, manage workplans, and drive requirements with clients across global engagements.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk and budget ownership, and the ability to advise on industry standards while collaborating with offshore

Qualifications

Must have Workday Partner Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or similar level role.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large, complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationships.
Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive work streams.
