Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations spanning finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will lead Workday workstreams, shape strategy with HR and Finance leaders, and advance your skills within a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• 1 year of Education or Government experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budget, resources, and client relationship.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Architect Workday configurations based on changes; ensure cross-functional cohesion.
• Provide support for regulatory and year-end reports in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore teams; advise on industry standards and leading practices.
