Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will lead or support Workday workstreams on global implementations, manage risks, budgets, and client relationships, and design cohesive Workday solutions across time tracking and absence modules.

You will research issues, configure changes, and support year-end processes while mentoring offshore teams and advancing industry-leading methods. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work exp). If Associate’s Degree, 6 years work exp.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client on new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options to meet client requirements.
• Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide status updates to Project Manager.
• Demonstrate strong client/stakeholder management.
• Support innovation with new industry-leading methods and assets.
