ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions by working with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Competenze
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or related activities.
- Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
- Strong record-keeping and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint; Salesforce/Coupa/Scoop familiarity helpful.

- Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and related assets.
- Review field-service reports, documentations, and update Salesforce cases.
- Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and resolve invoice issues.
