Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage system sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create purchase

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or similar project activities.
• Experience working in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and service documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and invoices.
