Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage system sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint to maintain service records and ensure timely invoicing and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and multiple concurrent assignments.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate work on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoicing issues.
