Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint to maintain service records, create and close purchase orders, monitor work

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or equivalent project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other solar/storage assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
