Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage systems.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional teams using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and related tools. You will maintain service records, create and close purchase orders, monitor work status, review intervention reports, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliance documentation or reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
