Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of ENGIE distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, prepare documentation, and coordinate with regional service managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with supporting compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites; provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, file documentation, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa; track parts and vendor activity and resolve invoice issues.
