Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create POs, monitor work status, and resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and timely, accurate work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage documentation discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and support other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice issues.
