ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, vendors and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint for records, tracking and status updates.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, regional service managers, contractors, vendors, customers and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate documentation or wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets as needed.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and coordinate resolution of invoice and documentation issues.
