ENGIE North America, based in the United States, seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets to maintain service records and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and documentation.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint; strong record-keeping and communication.
Ability to work independently, with good judgment and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across battery storage sites and related solar assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity; resolve invoice issues.
