Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, manage documentation, and ensure compliant reporting using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint.

You will work with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors to maintain records, process purchase orders, and resolve payment discrepancies while

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and keeping compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity; resolve invoice issues.
