Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions by working with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or field-service activities.
• Prevailing-wage environment experience and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices and multiple tasks.
• Experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint for records and updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and deliver detailed work on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create POs in Coupa and coordinate invoice and documentation issues.
