Job summary

WRITER is seeking a lead learning experience designer to own a fast-paced track of short, targeted courses (15–45 minutes). You will record voiceover or appear on-camera, delivering live and virtual trainings across AI topics.

Build stand-alone, high-impact modules in sprints, and collaborate with product and SMEs to ship quickly. You will guide needs analysis, design, build, QA, and publish while balancing proactive and reactive requests, ensuring content stays relevant and grounded in real

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Ability to design learning in compact formats — 15–45 minutes.
• Comfort with rapid development cycles and short sprints in an AI-native environment.
• Strong prioritization and triage skills for proactive and reactive work.
• Excellent live facilitation skills for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management with SMEs and partners.
• Portfolio showing at least 2 video-based course excerpts with your voice.

Responsibilities

• Design and build standalone courses in 15–45 minutes within three-week sprints, delivering ~15 courses per year.
• Own the full design lifecycle: needs analysis, design, build, QA, publish, with smart scoping.
• Deliver live and virtual training, adapting to audience questions and workflows.
• Repurpose content across delivery modes to maximize reach.
• Scan for emerging needs and respond quickly with focused, timely courses.
• Balance proactive/reactive work and ship at a cadence aligned with product.
