Job summary

BrainStorm's Learning Experience (LX) team is seeking a part-time contributor to create learning experiences for millions of users at top companies. You will work with AI and modern tools to research, draft, design, and accelerate our learning content while applying your own judgment and quality standards.

Qualifications

Commitment to 20–29 hours per week.
Ability to work in a part-time schedule.
Comfort with directing AI agents and modern tools.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Work AI-first, directing AI agents and tools to research, draft, design, analyze, and accelerate the work, applying judgment and quality standards to results.
Guide learning content from concept through launch, sometimes creating pieces and orchestrating AI tools, designers, and producers to shape the approach.
Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and impact; use feedback and experimentation to improve.
Collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, maintaining BrainStorm’s voice and clear, proactive communication.
