Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Learning Experience team seeks an AI-forward Learning Experience Designer to craft rapid, AI-enhanced learning modules for Blink associates worldwide. You will apply adult learning theory and generative AI to develop performance-based content and scalable training solutions.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs, Program Managers, and cross-functional partners to storyboard, script, and deploy multimedia learning assets using tools like Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and Adobe

Qualifications

• 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Organizational Development
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
• Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in process improvement
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
• Experience with system simulations and basic HTML
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools for content creation, scenario generation, quality assurance, and rapid prototyping of learning experiences

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging multimedia content enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies with focus on emerging AI tools
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
• Pioneer AI-driven processes to scale content production while maintaining quality
